The Snug: A Warm Retreat

The snug area of this Johor Bahru residence is designed to offer warmth and comfort. We preserved its classic features, like the fireplace, while introducing modern furnishings and eclectic artwork. This cozy nook is perfect for relaxing evenings and family time.

The Sunday Room: Versatility at Its Best

The Sunday room adjacent to the snug serves multiple functions. With its rich oak paneling and abundant natural light, it can be used for casual family meals or transformed into a formal dining area. The extendable dining table and vintage linen chairs add adaptability. A striking piece of artwork, painted by a family member, adds a modern touch.

Open-Plan Living: Modern Elegance

Eclectic Furnishings and Modern Touches

In the open-plan area, we combined modern and vintage elements for a unique look. A contemporary sofa pairs with 1970s armchairs, while bespoke lighting and a Frank Hudson Refectory dining table enhance sophistication. The bay window seating area, cushioned for comfort, serves as a perfect reading nook. An L-shaped sofa in a luxurious wool blend ensures family comfort.
